Keep 2 league ppr, 6 pt per passing td

P Manning *3rd round keeper

Knowsnon Moreno
Reggie Bush
Darren McFadden
Micheal Bush
Donald Brown Ind RB

Calvin Johnson
SS #2 *12th round keeper
Mike Wallace
Santonio Holmes
Jacoby Jones

John Carleson

I traded Benson who could be kept for an 8; so that I could pick up an extra 7th rounder. I used both 7th rounders for the raiders system. I traded back in the 10th from 10.02 to 10.08. I moved up from the 16th round to the 12th round. So I still have a 12th round pick even though I am keeping Steve Smith for a 12th.

It is pick 11.02 and I am pick 11.11 what position should I target?

I will post the draft later tonight

QB2.

Or the old motto: when in doubt, running back!

"The Spring brings Cherry Blossoms to comfort you.
The Summer, stars. The Harvest moon in the fall. And the powder snow in winter.
All these things, and the promise of them, is what makes Sake taste so sweet.
That is enough for Sake to taste good. If it still repels you, then you must be ill."

Honestly, this late I'd grab a top 4 defense if one is still there. If not, fill the back-up QB slot. I'd probably back-up TE Carlson soon as well, in case he ends up as a blocker again this year. Either that, or be ready to hit the waiver wire if Carlson doesn't get the catches to produce.

Your RBs are a bit weak, that's to be expected without keeping any from the previous year. Good upside from a couple, hopefully someone will blow up. WRs look very good at the top, you could use another sleeper on the bottom side to increase your odds there.

So, I'd say:

1) top 4 defense
2) back-up QB
3) TE insurance
4) Sleepers, sleepers, and more sleepers

Looks like a good playoff team in a 12 teamer, very good for anything larger.
IBL Team
QB: P. Manning, A. Smith
RB: R. Mendenhall, K. Moreno, D. McFadden, L. Washington
WR: R. Moss, M. Crabtree, M. Wallace, S. Breaston, S. Holmes, B. Edwards, J. Gage
TE: O. Daniels, F. Davis
KR: G. Hartley
Def: Steelers, Cowboys

Not sure where your draft is now. I think it all depends on what is there. I would definitely get another QB but with Peyton Manning you are really only looking at filling in his bye week so find a good matchup for that week and you might be able to do that later. TE is not bad because not sure what carlson is going to do this year.

I would not go defense myself but know plenty who use this strategy effectively.

Looking at your list it is always fun to try and guess where guys went so I'll give it a shot. I think I have the guys for 4,5,6 correct but I might be off on the order. Also love your RBs and Wr with a lot of young upside guys. After the draft finishes can you post results on the main board?

I wouldn't go with 'a' defense either, but I've seen year after year that having one of the top 3-4 will get you at least one more win a season... if that win is in the playoffs, even better. Once the top few are gone, then it's a crapshoot. At that point, I generally wait until near the end of the draft and grab two of them.

You were pretty close on most picks. I reached for Wallace, and Holmes fell.

11. Chad Henne
12. Dustin Keller
13. Jabar Gaffney
14. Derrick Ward
15. I am up in 4 picks

I do not have a 16th round pick, I used it to trade up to the twelfth. The draft is 23 rounds.
