My yearly question. You have to be rooting for one of these (I think one year I said I wanted good commercials).

Who are you rooting for/against in the superbowl?

"The Spring brings Cherry Blossoms to comfort you.
The Summer, stars.
The Harvest moon in the fall.
And the powder snow in winter.
All these things, and the promise of them,
is what makes Sake taste so sweet.
That is enough for Sake to taste good.
If it still repels you, then you must be ill."

My wishes when the postseason started, in order:
Broncos win (everything, lots of games, whatever)
Ravens lose (quickly)
Packers win
Seattle wins
(so on, so forth)
My hate for the Ravens is nearly as high as my hate for Broncos division rivals. They are a dirty team, and I cannot stand them. I hope Ray's last game has him on the sidelines in not-happy tears.
My wife has always been a 49ers fan, through the rough years as well as the good. For her, it would be "49ers win" obviously. I'd like to see Moss and Gore get their one, who knows how much longer they'll go on. It's fun to see the young LB's and QB/WR connection do well. Also it would be kind of fun to keep the mystique of "never lost a superbowl". And I want most teams to have the same number of SB wins before any team gets more; this would tie the 49ers with the Steelers (whose fan-base always seems far to arrogant).

This is usually my motto: every team should win the same number of SB's until/unless the Broncos win the most. My other motto: any team that beat Denver (say, by a record 55-10) in a superbowl I have to root against. One of the main reasons I've rooted against the Giants and for the Pats a couple times recently.
I have to go back on those with the Ravens though, I don't mind at all if they have one for all time. That was THE MOST boring SB I've ever watched. Agree with Scooter (and Skibum will also say it if he pops on): Lewis belongs in a jail cell.
This would be a lot harder if the Steelers hadn't won their sixth a few years back, then I'd likely have to root for Baltimore. If this was for SF getting one ahead of everyone else, I'd be hoping they lose.

Nobody. I will be in germany during the superbowl. Yes, they show the superbowl in germany, but it starts at midnight on Sunday and runs until 4am on Monday. If there wered teams I cared about in the game I might have watched it.
I think you get a free purse & a my pretty pony dress up set for that. You just need to check the box when you turn in your man card.
